Extremely knowledgeable and experienced sales agent, Alex Warner graduated from Florida International University
where he received a BA in Liberal Studies.
Alex was born and raised on Key Biscayne where he still works and plays. He enjoys boating, swimming, biking, going
to the beach, watching the sunsets and almost anything involving the water and the sun. He stays active by
participating in CrossFit at key Biscayne Fitness. He currently resides in the Brickell area and has lived in Coral Gables
and South Miami. He has been blessed with a daughter.
As a native Floridian and more so a native to Key Biscayne, many of his core friendships were forged in nursery school
right here on the island. Most of his clients come from friends and referrals many of whom he has known since
nursery school. Alex completed his early education on the Island then attended St. Agnes, La Salle Catholic Schools
and Coral Gables Senior High.
He has closed deals all over Dade County and is well informed in the Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and
Pinecrest area. Successfully managing and facilitating deals from contract to closing is what he takes pride in.
Alex worked under his mother, top producer Lilibet Warner where he closed deals as large as $10,000,000.00. No
deal is too small for Alex and he enjoys working with first time home buyers, renters and investors at all levels.
Prior to Residential Real Estate, Alex worked in Commercial Real Estate specializing in Industrial Real Estate in the
Miami Airport West market, concentrating in warehouse sales and lease over 300,000 SF.
